My Story….

Garry Lewis
Tradesperson / Founder
“The majority of tradespeople are good, honest, reliable, and hardworking, it’s the minority who spoil it for us.
"Everybody talks about rogue traders, but what about customers and contractors who don’t pay or delay payments?

"As a tradesperson myself, I lost everything I’d worked for, including my business. This was caused by the actions of a rogue contractor who has a history of closing companies to avoid paying his debts.

"As a result, I tried to warn other tradespeople about this man to save them going through what me and my family had been through.

"I decided something had to be done to change our industry and make it fairer for tradespeople."
I’m bringing tradespeople together throughout the U.K, to take control and change our industry.
Tradespeople operate in a negative environment, often competing with rogue traders, who've created a stigma. As a result, this leaves consumers unsure of who they can trust, and tradespeople not feeling valued, respected, or appreciated for the service they provide.
Industry Statistics
23% of tradespeople are considering leaving the industry and choosing another profession.
Consumers put off work for the fear of engaging with a rogue trader, costing the U.K economy an estimated £10 billion a year in lost revenue.

The process between consumers and tradespeople is flawed and outdated.
Tradespeople are vulnerable and exposed as they have to put their trust in the customer and are expected to buy the materials and do the work, putting their own finances at risk if the customer fails to pay.
Industry Statistics
77% of tradespeople have suffered from a client refusing to pay for work completed. If tradespeople don't get paid, they then struggle to pay suppliers resulting in them being put on stop through no fault of their own.
1.7 million homeowners delay payments. Prompt payment is an ethical issue, which has an impact on the tradespeople's finances.

Tradespeople have nowhere to go to share and view customer experiences...
That's until now!
